Guest Services mission is to ensure the satisfaction of all guests to Bristol Mountain Resort. With policies like our no questions asked refund of a within the first half hour if you are not satisfied with weather conditions, we are dedicated to serving and treating guests of our resort with the utmost care and attention. Guest Services is backed by a professional staff that has years of experience serving the needs, questions and concerns of our guests.
Guest Services is the center for pass picture taking, season locker assignments, groups/field trip picking up tickets/lessons/etc, and responding to customer issues or problems. Information on the resort, local regional information, access to Lost & Found department, and security issues can be handled by Guest Services staff.
Questions in regards to services available to our customers, or if there is just confusion on where to go or what to purchase, let our trained staff guide you through to resolution. During the fall, Guest Services has very limited hours. During Fall Sky Rides from 11:30am to 4:30pm support will be availabe. Any other times contact the main number @ 585-374-6000 for support. |
